Through my teaching, I hope to inspire my students to embrace the possibilities of accomplishing difficult tasks. My commitment to fostering a positive learning experience drives me to continually adapt my teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student I encounter. Hi there! My name is Triniti and while it might sound odd…I LOVE math! Numbers, formulas, equations, you name it and I’ll find a way to solve it. I’ve known from an early age that math was a special friend of mine. My passion for numbers led me to become an instructor at Mathnasium, a learning center renowned for its innovative approach to math education. Here, I tutored students K-12 and practiced teaching complex concepts in a way that is engaging and accessible to students of all ages. In 2022, I expanded my reach by offering independent tutoring services, helping students navigate the challenges of subjects ranging from 6th-grade math and geometry to the intricacies of college algebra. My goal has always been to demystify math and empower my students with the confidence to excel.One of my most rewarding experiences was assisting a local middle school in preparing their 6th-grade students for final math exams. With approval from the principal and math department, I held after-school tutoring sessions, providing personalized support and fostering a comfortable atmosphere that encouraged students to speak up regarding where they needed help. Witnessing the students' growth and their increasing comfort with math was incredibly fulfilling. In addition to my passion for mathematics, I hold a Bachelor's degree that spans Psychology, Business, and Nutrition. This diverse educational background has equipped me with a unique perspective on learning and problem-solving. My understanding of psychology helps me connect with my students on a deeper level, recognizing their individual needs and learning styles. My knowledge of business principles informs my structured, goal-oriented approach to tutoring, while my studies in nutrition emphasize the importance of a holistic, balanced lifestyle, which I encourage in my students.
